# Roam Ready Shipping Policy
At Roam Ready, our goal is to get your gear into your hands as quickly as possible so you can get out there and explore. Please review our shipping guidelines below to see how we handle processing, transit, and delivery.
### 1. Processing vs. Transit Times
Every adventure requires a little preparation.
* **Our Processing Time:** All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays) before they hit the road. You will receive an email confirmation the moment your order is placed, and another notification when your gear officially ships.
* **Transit Time:** This is the time it takes the carrier to bring the package from our facility to your doorstep.
### 2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

### 4. Tracking Your Journey
When your order is on the move, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's network.
If your gear hasn’t arrived within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at support@roamready.com with your name and order number, and we will track it down.
### 5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged from the journey, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@roamready.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
If your tracking information says your package was delivered but it's nowhere to be found, please check with neighbors, roommates, or your local mail carrier before contacting us. Claims for missing packages must be submitted within 14 days of the marked delivery date so we can open an investigation with the courier.
